About Krypton
Not from Supermans home planet, the element came first. Used in high-performance windows as insulation gas between panes. Krypton fluoride lasers are used in semiconductor manufacturing. The meter was once defined using krypton-86 wavelength. Present in the atmosphere at only 1 ppm. Produces a brilliant white light in photographic flash lamps.
