About Helium
Discovered in the Sun before it was found on Earth, via solar spectrum analysis. Second most abundant element in the universe. Cannot be solidified by cooling alone at standard pressure. Used in MRI scanners, deep sea diving, and party balloons. The USA controls about 40% of global helium reserves. Named after Helios, the Greek sun god.
